  1. I think this is my favorite Sparks custom home; close to our non-Eichler MCM. Rumor has it there was (and likely still is) a lovely teahouse in back

  2. Yeah, this one is pretty nice. I'd love to see some interiors though. The other rumor (from flickr?), is that the built-ins were all torn out. To shame.

  3. You can see interior photos in the Winter 2010 issue of CA Modern Magazine. They did an article on Carter Sparks and featured five of his homes listed on this website. I just bought the Seward Ct house and was looking for information about Sparks when I came across the magazine. It's fun to see my house listed here!
